Paso Robles

Paso Robles is the south end of our coverage, an hour down 101 from King City. We schedule work here in batches, which keeps the trip efficient and the pricing the same as it is up the valley.

Inland heat is the defining factor. Summers here regularly run hotter than the valley, which cooks underlayment and shortens shingle life considerably if the attic can't breathe. Ventilation gets checked on every inspection, and it's frequently the cheapest improvement on the whole estimate.
