Golden State Roofing Group Inc works out of King City, in the middle of the Salinas Valley, and covers the stretch of California from Gilroy in the north down to Paso Robles in the south, plus the whole Monterey Peninsula in between. That's four genuinely different climates, and the same roof spec doesn't survive in all of them.
The way we run a job starts with the inspection. We get on the roof, we photograph what we find, and we hand you the photos, whether you hire us or not. Most homeowners have never actually seen their own roof. Once you have, a conversation about repair versus replacement stops being a sales pitch and starts being a decision you can make with real information.
From there, everything is in writing. The estimate names the underlayment, the shingle or tile or membrane, and the flashing. Rot repair is priced per sheet before the tear-off, so nobody is negotiating in the driveway on day two with the house open. There's a start date and a finish date, and we hold them.
